Found the notebook! Hurrah! Sadly only two more ideas left in it. Here we see Sebastian modelling the traditional way of lighting the stove, using a diesel soaked rag. A fortnight this weekend, we'll be back up there again, using Warrior as a base for visiting Stoke Bruerne (OK, it's fifty miles away, but that's a lot closer than home). I've not been there before, so it's quite exciting. Prior to our evening engagement, I hope we'll be able to visit the museum - I must check though whether it's open at this time of year. So hang on in there, hopefully there will be some new stories and pictures soon. In the meantime I will have to entertain you with my thoughts on the contents of Waterways World in the 1970s.
